USDA: Potato carton requirements changed

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has changed the packing requirements for Idaho-eastern Oregon potato growers. An interim  rule issued Aug. 6 removes the requirement that fiberboard cartons used to pack 50-pound quantities of U.S. No. 2 grade potatoes be of one-piece construction.Source: www.thegrower.comSee on - Potato News
