Red Rock Deli teams up with Colin Fassnidge for its new Chef Series range

Red Rock Deli in Australia & New Zealand has teamed up with Colin Fassnidge, using his culinary creativity to inspire three new, restaurant quality flavours as part of Red Rock Deli Chef Series™ range.

Colin has a famous philosophy with food, creating rich flavours and always pushing the boundaries, which makes this the perfect collaboration for Red Rock Deli. It was in his very own kitchen that Colin created the three mouth-watering dishes – Braised Beef Brisket with Caramelised Onion, Crispy Pork Belly with Apple Sauce, and Portuguese Chicken with Lemon and Oregano – that have been turned into Red Rock Deli potato chips.

“As soon as the opportunity for this collaboration came about, I knew I could create something special. I mean, how many times do you get to say a dish that you created was turned into a potato chip flavour? I helped inspire three,” Colin said.

“Getting in the kitchen with the Red Rock Deli team was such an incredible experience. The love and passion they have towards the brand is truly unique and that love shines through in the flavours they create.”

Colin worked side-by-side with the Red Rock Deli team to bring to life three of his signature dishes into chips through the brands innovative iCrave Culinary Design Process – a process which sees culinary exploration, ideation and flavour mapping to ensure the most accurate and flavoursome taste experience is achieved.

PepsiCo Australia & New Zealand’s Hind Simhairi, Senior Brand Manager, said the collaboration with Colin was a natural fit given his passion for creating beautiful food full of flavour.
