In the interview, Tomislav Lukačević explains how Kanaan first discovered PEF technology and how their journey led them to Elea. Kanaan has been working with Elea PEF systems since 2018 and was among the very first companies to install an Elea PEF Advantage B1 system.

These benefits stem from the core principle of PEF technology itself: by applying short, high‑voltage pulses to raw potatoes, the technology creates temporary microscopic pores in the cell membranes – known as electroporation.
