Once again, the Washington State Potato Commission and Oregon Potato Commission have joined forces in the planning and execution of the 2015 Washington/Oregon Potato Conference, to be held at the Three Rivers Convention Center in Kennewick, WA, Jan. 27-29. This is the sixth year the two commissions have teamed up, and the venue continues to be well attended. The Washington-Oregon Potato Conference is one of the premier potato shows in North America, Ryan Holterhoff, director of marketing and industry affairs for WSPC, told The Produce News.
