Northern Irish food business, Mash Direct, achieved unexpected success in the developing UAE market after meeting a distributor from Dubai. As a Northern Irish company we’re used to exporting our products just an hour down the road to the Republic of Ireland and dealing with different currencies, but exporting to the other side of the world is an entirely different experience. Our export story began in Paris, at the 2012 SIAL food exhibition when we were approached by a distributor from Dubai. More
