This year the Washington/Oregon Potato Conference will be held Jan. 26-28 at the Three Rivers Convention Center in Kennewick, WA. In all, more than 2,000 growers, suppliers, researchers and other interested parties are expected to attend the conference. “The Washington/Oregon Potato Conference continues to be the premier event for the potato industry in the Northwest,” said Ryan Holterhoff, director of marketing and industry affairs for the Washington State Potato Commission. “Last year, the conference had 133 different exhibitor booths, and this year we have been able to see that number grow to 172,” he stated. “This will be the most exhibitors that have ever been able to participate in the conference and highlights the great interest there is to be part of the conference.” More
