Ireland: Blight warning issued to potato growers

Weather conditions have prompted Met Éireann to issue a blight warning to potato growers this week. Weather conditions conducive to the spread of potato blight in early sown crops are expected over the next few days, through to late Thursday. The warning is given to potato growers in parts of the south and southeast of the country, especially around coastal areas.
