Tolsma-Grisnich Group acquires majority share in Farm Electronics Limited

Farm Electronics Limited, the UK Grantham based crop storage engineering specialist has merged with Tolsma-Grisnich, a leading Dutch specialist recognised as a pioneer and specialist in the field of efficient storage and primary processing of potatoes, onions and carrots. The newly merged business will open up a more extensive state-of-the-art product mix from both companies for potato, onion and vegetable storage systems together with semi-industrial systems to customers in the UK and in overseas markets. Tim Dudfield, managing director of Farm Electronics: “The merger in which Tolsma-Grisnich has taken a majority share is very much a win win situation for our customers and employees at our factory in Grantham as it is the intention of the enlarged business to invest in Farm Electronics and further grow the company securing its long term future.” More
