Northeast potato shipper, Bushwick Commission is proud to announce the launch of its new value added line of petite potatoes, “Get Saucy Potato Sides.” As the name implies, Get Saucy potatoes are petite potatoes with a shelf stable, ready to use sauce. Get Saucy potatoes are the product of more than one year of research and development that included product testing and development to identify appropriate flavor profiles, pack sizes and more. Ken Gray, Executive Vice President of Bushwick remarked, “Research shows that potatoes continue to be a perennial favorite as a side dish but we needed to meet consumers demand for great flavor and deliver on the promise of convenience.” More
