McCain launches interactive recipe generator for chefs

Stuck for recipe inspiration? McCain Foodservice has introduced a new tool to help busy chefs. McCain has launched The Menu Mixer on its website, which allows chefs to generate recipes tailored to their needs. Users can select the ‘pub kitchen’ button followed by a number of specific options, and the mixer will display apt recipe ideas. Jo Simmons, McCain Foods senior communications and product manager, said: “Competition is getting fierce as more and more people are eating out-of-home and reputations are hard won, but we are pleased to be able to provide something that will help with menu planning and ease the pressures back of house.” Click here to see The Menu Mixer in action.
