Vegan dairy brand creates the world’s first potato-based plant milk

The new, patented, award-winning, potato-based dairy alternative is ‘deliciously creamy, perfectly foamy, super–sustainable, versatile’, and available in three flavours, reports Mohsina Dodhiya for Totally Vegan Buzz.

Vegan dairy brand DUG, created by Veg of Lund, has launched what it describes as the world’s first-ever plant-based milk made from potatoes.

The Swedish-based food innovator developed its latest milk alternative with Professor Eva Tornberg at Lund University. The brand is already available in Sweden and has just launched in the UK through Amazon.
