It’s now six years since Farm Electronics became a subsidiary of the Dutch Tolsma Grisnich Group. Both Tolsma Grisnich and Farm Electronics brands have their “specific” UK or European potato, onion and grain storage solutions as well as offering hybrid solutions with a mix of UK and Dutch equipment.
Following on from a re-branding exercise by Tolsma Grisnich earlier this year, Farm Electronics have followed suit to improve the synergy within the companies and to give the customer a clearer understanding of what Farm Electronics can offer.
“As well as a fresh new corporate identity, Farm Electronics wants to convey that the company is still a proud UK manufacturing business which produces all its ventilation, refrigeration and electronic control equipment for crop storage which gets utilised throughout the UK and worldwide,” explains Adam Fryer, Commercial Director at Farm Electronics.
“Ever since Nick Chandler started the business back in the 1960’s, we have always prided ourselves on being a UK manufacturer, providing the best possible solutions for customers up and down the country and overseas. In 2016 when Tolsma Grisnich bought the company, it expanded our opportunities to tailor different solutions depending on what the customer was looking for. Now with new technology relating to energy efficiencies and environmental credentials we are in line to offer future proof solutions for the customer.”
