Potato starch: Source for next generation bulk-ingredients and ‘smart foods’

In 2015, as the concurrently-held conferences of China International Starch and Starch Derivatives Exhibition, the much-awaited Asian Starch Conference is about to be held on June 24-25th, in Shanghai New international Expo Centre.
