Potato starch: Source for next generation bulk-ingredients and ‘smart foods’

In 2015, as the concurrently-held conferences of China International Starch and Starch Derivatives Exhibition, the much-awaited Asian Starch Conference is about to be held on June 24-25th, in Shanghai New international Expo Centre. As the leading starch industry event among Asian countries, this international starch conference is co-organized by the China Starch Industry Association and UBM Live, and has received strong support from Corn Refiners Association, Thai Tapioca Starch Industry and Riddet institute (Massey University).
