U.S. potato industry leaders say they’ve made significant headway recently in their efforts to bolster access to some key foreign markets. During the National Potato Council’s summer meeting on July 13, officials updated their progress in markets including Japan, Panama, China, Korea, Mexico, Costa Rica and Indonesia.
