This winter, Charlottetown’s Eastlink Centre in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island will once again welcome thousands of attendees and exhibitors to the Island for the International Potato Technology Expo, February 22 & 23, 2024.
The Expo will cover a full spectrum of the industry – from seed, to soil, to growing, harvesting, and packaging. With over two decades of success, this biennial event remains a keystone within the potato farming world.
“We really look forward to this unique event every couple of years,” said Shawn Murphy, Show Manager. “Visitors from across the country and beyond come together to share their latest discoveries and innovations.”
The 2024 edition will also include a two-day conference component, presented by the PEI Department of Agriculture & the PEI Potato Board. This conference will be offered on the mornings of both show days and will feature compelling and informative seminars from seasoned professionals. The seminar schedule will be released closer to the show dates.
Booth sales have been strong this year with more than 100 exhibitors already signed up. Those interested in joining in on the action are encouraged to contact a member of the show team to secure their spot.
The International Potato Technology Expo organizers say in a news release that they would like to thank presenting partners, Prince Edward Island Department of Agriculture and Land and the Prince Edward Island Potato Board, along with major sponsors, Farm Credit Canada and Syngenta.
