German Agriculture Minister endorses crop.zone’s eco-friendly herbicide tech at AGRITECHNICA 2023

The German Federal Minister of Agriculture, Cem Özdemir visited crop.zone‘s booth at AGRITECHNICA 2023, showing significant interest in the company’s sustainable alternatives to glyphosate and appreciating crop.zone’s innovative solution.

“We are honored by the visit of Minister of Agriculture Cem Özdemir to our booth at AGRITECHNICA,” said Dirk Vandenhirtz, CEO at crop.zone. “This demonstrates a strong interest in sustainable agricultural technologies, and it reaffirms crop.zone’s commitment to revolutionizing agriculture with eco-friendly solutions.”

Revolution in Plant Control: crop.zone’s Hybrid Herbicide Technology

crop.zone showcased its groundbreaking Hybrid Herbicide Technology, which combines high performance, substantial working widths, and efficiency to provide an eco-friendly alternative to conventional desiccation methods.

crop.zone’s technology, the Hybrid Herbicide Technology, represents a groundbreaking development in plant control. It combines the high performance of the Volt.Cube, the substantial working widths of the Volt.Apply, and the efficiency of the Volt.Fuels to provide an effective and environmentally friendly alternative to conventional desiccation methods.

This technology enables gentle, fast, and effective elimination of plant stocks, ranging from desiccation for harvest preparation to weed control.

Sustainability and Efficiency: Core Principles of crop.zone Technology

The process begins with the generation of electrical power in the Volt.Cube, which is driven by a power take-off generator. This electricity, which can reach a voltage of 1000 to 5500 V, is then conducted through specially developed applicators (Volt.Apply).

Plants are first treated with the residue-free liquid Volt.Fuel to increase their conductivity. Then, the electricity is passed through the plants, disrupting their water supply so severely that they dry out and die.

Future-Oriented Agriculture: Minister Özdemir Impressed by crop.zone

Minister Özdemir was particularly impressed by the efficiency and sustainability of crop.zone’s technology. The ability to ensure residue-free plant control that is both environmentally friendly and effective represents a significant advancement in precision agriculture. crop.zone is proud to offer such an innovative solution that not only protects the environment but also helps farmers secure their crops at competitive prices.

A Step Towards Sustainable Agriculture

The visit of the Minister underscores the importance and potential of crop.zone’s technology as a pioneering alternative to conventional pesticides. crop.zone looks forward to further developing this technology and making a positive contribution to sustainable agriculture.
