Idaho's Eagle Eye Produce publishes 'potato season time lapse' video

Eagle Eye Produce, based in Idaho in the US, compiled over 6 months of footage to show the entire potato production process.

“We feel it is extremely important for people to understand where their food comes from and to see the hard work and dedication that goes into it,” the company says on its website.

“Every harvest season each of our potato growers works around the clock to make sure our potatoes are a perfect size, texture, and density. We grow 25,000 acres of premium potatoes each year,” Eagle Eye Produce says.

That is over 500 million pounds of fresh russet, red, yellow, and white potatoes every year out of the Western United States.
